The hotel offers a unique experience, particularly for those who appreciate a quieter getaway away from the hustle of the Gold Coast. While the amenities are charming and the lagoon pool is a highlight, there are significant issues with the dining and service that detract from the overall experience. It could be worth it for families looking for a spacious setup, but room issues and billing discrepancies make it less appealing for a luxury stay.

We had a lovely holiday at the resort, enjoying the spacious rooms and exceptional service, especially for the kids. However, some areas of the facility seemed dated, and our dining experience didn't meet the high standards we expected. Overall, it's a great family-friendly destination with room for improvement.
